Check you card thickness gate and manually cleaning the rear feed rollers

Follow the steps below

Step 1

Take the hoppers off.

Step 2

Open the lid.

Step 3

On the back inside wall behind your film and cleaning cassette is your card thickness adjustment ( metal pointer). make sure it is set to your card stocks thickness.

Step 4

Take the film out

Step 5

Press the black button on the back of the printer once quickly ( located above the printer ports)

Step 6

As the rollers turn hold the cleaning card down on the rear feed rollers and apply pressure
