Blank ID Card Templates

In all fairness, as my question was the opposite of what MagiCard would like to achieve I wasn't really expecting a comprehensive answer. Even though I did not get a solution to my question, the answer was well formulated and even offered some alternatives inducing the effect the alternative would have to the print quality.

The response was much faster this time and got it fixed within 1 1/2 weeks! They fixed the problem and answered the questions I had! Also, great that there was a warranty to help with the price!

Fixed and working well, would have been easier if could have paid by credit card

4 stars were given because the printer was literally bought a month and a half ago and instead of just swapping it out with a new one, we had to go through the manufacturers warranty process. I will say, from the time I shipped it out to the time I got it back was great. Hardly any time passed.

I appreciate the service I received during this support ticket. I appreciate being able to correspond via email and I appreciate being able to make contact with you fairly easily. It is very difficult to be able to make contact with people at many companies, but it was very easy to get in touch with you.
