Magicard 600 User Manual

4 stars were given because the printer was literally bought a month and a half ago and instead of just swapping it out with a new one, we had to go through the manufacturers warranty process. I will say, from the time I shipped it out to the time I got it back was great. Hardly any time passed.

I appreciate the service I received during this support ticket. I appreciate being able to correspond via email and I appreciate being able to make contact with you fairly easily. It is very difficult to be able to make contact with people at many companies, but it was very easy to get in touch with you. The issue I had with the printer was resolved with speed and professionalism.

Alan M was a fab help! Quick to help and even called me back when we were cut off due to a power cut on my end! Called him back the following week and he remembered me and the problem i was having. Thanks Alan!!

Customer service were very patient and helpful when communicating with me to figure out the problem with the machine! Thank you for the repair, printer works again! It did take a little longer than expected to get it back, about three weeks instead of two.
