How to Repair a Broken Dye Film

⚠️ Now the film is perfectly repaired we’ll think about why it broke, before we carry on printing.

The first place to start is cleaning your printer:

  • if print rollers are not perfectly clean then the roller might slip on the card during printing.
  • This breifly halts the card movement and momentarily overheats the film, causing a tear.
