05:01- Out of film error on Magicard Pronto 100

If you are receiving a 05:01 error on a Magicard Pronto 100 printer and you are not actually out of film and the film is not broken it could mean the dye film sensors need to be calibrated.

To do this follow the below procedure:

 

1) Remove the Dye Film and close the lid. Have cards loaded in the card holder.

2) Then power the printer off and on. Let the power light go steady.

3)Then press the power button 4 times quickly to begin the Soak routine.

4) It will pull the card back and forth.

5) Let it run until it ejects the card.

6) Put the film back in.
