Installation Instructions

.EXE (executable)

Use only if your printer is connected by USB.

  • Download and run the executable file (.exe).
  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

.PRN (print to file)

Suitable for USB or Ethernet connections.

  • Download (save) the PRN file.
  • Send to the printer via;
  • Printer Properties > Tools > Print *.PRN > (browse to the PRN file) > Print

.CFU (binary)

Suitable for USB or Ethernet connections.

In all fairness, as my question was the opposite of what MagiCard would like to achieve I wasn't really expecting a comprehensive answer. Even though I did not get a solution to my question, the answer was well formulated and even offered some alternatives inducing the effect the alternative would have to the print quality.

Support were very helpful but sadly we didn't manage to get the 2010 machine working again and I had to buy a new machine.

Overall a good experience. Seemed quite expensive to repair our printer we sent in for RMA considering we could buy a brand new printer (newer model) for half the price..
