Your TCP/IP port may be the issue.
Step 1) Go to Devices and printer > right click the printer and select Printer Properties >Ports Tab > delete the TCP/IP port you have selected for the printer.

( Note: you have to check a different port then click apply then highlight the port you want to delete and click the delete button.)
Step 2) On the Ports Tab >click the Add Port button > add port wizard will come up
Select Standard TCP/IP port then click the New Port… button. Type in the IP address of the printer.
Let it search for the printer. It will not find it because the printer will not respond to its request.
Then select Standard- Generic Network Card. Click next and finish.
Step 3) Make sure the port you have created is selected, Click apply and OK and reboot your PC.

Step 4) Once you have rebooted the PC try and print to the printer.

What customers say about our support...

Overall a good experience. Seemed quite expensive to repair our printer we sent in for RMA considering we could buy a brand new printer (newer model) for half the price..

Printer model: Enduro3e

The issue I had with the printer was resolved with speed and professionalism.

Printer model: Magicard 300

4 stars were given because the printer was literally bought a month and a half ago and instead of just swapping it out with a new one, we had to go through the manufacturers warranty process. I will say, from the time I shipped it out to the time I got it back was great. Hardly any time passed.

Printer model:

In all fairness, as my question was the opposite of what MagiCard would like to achieve I wasn't really expecting a comprehensive answer. Even though I did not get a solution to my question, the answer was well formulated and even offered some alternatives inducing the effect the alternative would have to the print quality.

The support team was very responsive and provided the information needed to address the issue.

Printer model: Rio Pro
