Download the Support Utility 
  1. Leave the dye film fitted, and cards in the hopper
  2. open the Support Utility and connect to your printer
  3. Select the Query Tab (top left)
  4. Click the SENSOR button
  5. One card will feed into the printer
  6. The Results of the test will display in the support utility window
  7. Save as SensorTest.txt
  8. Email to Support including your case number
