This error is raised on printers fitted with a locking dongle. The error is usually seen just prior to printing and could be due to the dongle being the wrong type or being incompatible with the printer.
To help resolve this issue, first try the following:
a. Power off the printer and remove the dye film.
b. Ensure the Holokote card is inserted.
c. Close the printer lid and power the printer on (with the film removed and the Holokote card fitted).
