This error is raised on printers fitted with a locking dongle. The error is usually seen just prior to printing if the detected locking dongle is the wrong type. (This could be the fitted dongle is the wrong type or incompatible with the printer). Please insert a valid locking key and re-boot the printer, or press Cancel.
