This error is raised while trying to feed a card from the hopper if the printer detects the mid sensor block before the rear sensor does. Possible card sensor failure.

This error indicates that the printer is unable to correctly detect colour dye film panels.

The printer is unable to detect the overcoat layer in the currently fitted film. This will prevent the printer processing the current print job.

27:0 Clean required

The printer is overdue for cleaning. Select the 'clean printer' option on the printer's LCD menu and follow the displayed instructions.

28:0 The Printhead cannot be detected

The printhead is not detected by the printer. Switch off and unplug the printer, check the printhead is fitted and the interface cable properly connected at both ends. Then retry printing a card again. If the problem persists, contact Technical Support.

29:0 No SD card is fitted in the printer
