The printhead is not detected by the printer. Switch off and unplug the printer, check the printhead is fitted and the interface cable properly connected at both ends. Then retry printing a card again. If the problem persists, contact Technical Support.
This error is generated when the fitted printhead is not detected by the printer.

a. An intermittent connection to the rear of the printhead assembly.
