26:01 Motor Fault

The error code refers to the card feed motor (feeds cards from the rear card hopper)

(Failed motor)

1. If in need to print some cards urgently;
A temporary solution would be to enable ‘Hand Feed Mode’.

From the front panel buttons;

Menu -> Hand Feed Mode -> Change -> Save

Then when you print a card, wait for the display to say: “INSERT CARD”.

Manually insert the card (hold them only by the edges) into the slot below the buttons at the front of the printer.

2. The printer needs to come back (RMA) repair.
