Written by Auto Mation,
This error is usually raised if the printer detected a problem with the currently fitted dye film (rather than the cause being the printer itself).
Magicard colour films are fitted with a special tag which identifies the actual film type to the printer every time the printer powers on and initialises.

1.  Checking the currently fitted dye film.
The simplest way to check the dye film currently fitted in the printer, is to try a different colour film of the same type and configuration. (The configuration is how the colour panels in the film are arranged. For example MA300YMCKO or MA250YMCKOK etc.

Where Y = Yellow, M = Magenta, C = Cyan, K = Black and O = Clear).

With the replacement dye film fitted, try printing a card again. If the problem has cleared, then the original film is likely the cause of the 24:03 error.
If the fault is internal to the film itself, then this can be replaced by a Magicard dealer.

2. If the problem persists...
If the problem persists after trying both films mentioned above, then the cause is likely internal to the printer itself. In this case, the best option would be to contact Magicard Technical Support for further assistance.
