This error is usually raised if the printer is unable to detect (and print) colours correctly. This usually results in some colours appearing wrong on the final printed card.
The likely cause is that one of the internal dye film sensors in the printer may have failed.
Unfortunately, this problem is not resolvable by the end-user and the best option would be to contact Magicard Technical Support for further assistance.
