This Support Utility is intended for use as an advanced diagnostic and setup tool, including setting up your Ethernet settings.

⚠️ Please do not use it to adjust any of your printer's settings unless requested to do so by Magicard Customer Support.

This is an executable file.  To install:

• Download the .exe file below.
• Double-click on the downloaded .exe file.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Compatible with Generation 1 printers Only
Rio Pro, Enduro, Pronto^*

Where your Pronto Serial Number contains a letter, like: 12F1234
The electronics package installed is MK1 therefore this Support Utility can be used ✅

Where your Pronto Serial Number is 8 digits, like: 12345678
The electronics package installed is MK2 therefore this Support Utility cannot be used 🚫

Instead please navigate to 

• • Control Panel
  • View Devices and Printers
  • Right click your Pronto icon
  • Printer Properties
  • Then the Tools Tab for useful diagnostics tools.
