25:00 Calibration Failed

This error indicates that the printer is unable to correctly detect colour dye film panels.
25:0 There is no overcoat in the currently fitted film

The printer is unable to detect the overcoat layer in the currently fitted film. This will prevent the printer processing the current print job.
26:0 Faulty Print Motor

One of the print engine motor drivers has reported a fault. Please note down this error code and contact Magicard Technical Support.
27:0 Clean required

The printer is overdue for cleaning. Select the 'clean printer' option on the printer's LCD menu and follow the displayed instructions.
28:0 The Printhead cannot be detected
By Auto Mation
The printhead is not detected by the printer. Switch off and unplug the printer, check the printhead is fitted and the interface cable properly connected at both ends. Then retry printing a card again. If the problem persists, contact Technical Support.
29:0 No SD card is fitted in the printer

The internal SD card appears to be missing or not fitted properly. Check the SD card slot.
30:0 Mag stripe verification failed

The data read back from the mag stripe did not match the data written. Check card type and orientation, and try again.
31:0 Printer only prints monochrome images

This printer does not have the ability to print colour images, and is unable to process the current job type.
32:0 This printer can only print 300 dpi images

This printer can only print 300 dpi images, and is unable to process the current job type.
33:0 There is no N-panel in the currently fitted film

The currently fitted film in the printer does not have a N-panel. This will prevent the printer processing this job type.
