Trust ID v3TRUST ID v3 | ALL EDITIONS

MARCH 2018

Trust ID (v3) has now been deprecated

Magicard commit to supporting all current end users of TrustID (v3) for a period of two years following this end of life announcement.

Trust ID does not provide a separate text layer to the driver as MS Word does. It supplies the text as a bitmap, like a PDF, therefore the outlines are affected by any translations or conversions.

Alan Maxwell from Technical Support provided a very quick resolution for the problem of our MagiCard ID Printer. Excellent working and Thanks a lot!

Printer model: Rio Pro 360

In all fairness, as my question was the opposite of what MagiCard would like to achieve I wasn't really expecting a comprehensive answer. Even though I did not get a solution to my question, the answer was well formulated and even offered some alternatives inducing the effect the alternative would have to the print quality.
