Return to printer solutions | Connection issues
- Unplug the power chord move the USB cable to a different port on the PC.
- Check devices and printers again. If you still have an exclamation point symbol go to step 3.
- Leave the printer on and reboot the PC.
👀 Once you are logged back in check devices and printers again. If this does not correct the issue go to step 4. - With the printer plugged in. Go to the device manger.
Look under other devices or imaging devices and you should see “Magicard ?”. - Right click on the “Magicard ?” and select update driver software. Then select Browse my computer for driver software.
- Click the browse button and browse to “C:Program Files Ultra Electronics Ltd Ultra InstallerUltra Driver”.
- Click next and it should detect and install the printer. Then click finished or close.
