  1. Unplug the power chord move the USB cable to a different port on the PC.
  2. Check devices and printers again. If you still have an exclamation point symbol go to step 3.
  3. Leave the printer on and reboot the PC.
    👀  Once you are logged back in check devices and printers again. If this does not correct the issue go to step 4.
  4. With the printer plugged in. Go to the device manger.
    Look under other devices or imaging devices and you should see “Magicard ?”.
  5. Right click on the “Magicard ?” and select update driver software. Then select Browse my computer for driver software.
  6. Click the browse button and browse to “C:Program Files Ultra Electronics Ltd Ultra InstallerUltra Driver”.
  7. Click next and it should detect and install the printer. Then click finished or close.
