Workaround for this issue

  1. First shut down your badging software.
  2. Turn off the colour hole setting

Windows 7

Devices and printers>printing preferences> card front > security options> uncheck color hole.

Windows XP

Printer and faxes>printing preferences> card front > security options> uncheck color hole.

Then open your software and make a .7 inch by .7 inch white box in your card design.

This will allow you to adjust size and placement easily.

This is because you card stock gold patch can vary.
