Customer service were very patient and helpful when communicating with me to figure out the problem with the machine! Thank you for the repair, printer works again! It did take a little longer than expected to get it back, about three weeks instead of two.
Continuously followed up with Technical Support for status updates on badge printer. Responses were timely, but could have been elaborated better. Printer did return in excellent condition and overall, issues were resolved.
It was strange what my problem was but support was quick to isolate it with a few pics sent to them. Very happy with the support.
Support were very helpful but sadly we didn't manage to get the 2010 machine working again and I had to buy a new machine.
