If using CR79 ( sub credit card size) cards you must change a driver setting to set CR79

also first make sure…

1. You are running the latest firmware for the Rio Pro Printer:

Magicard Rio Pro Firmware

2. You have the latest Printer Driver installed:

Magicard Windows Printer Driver

3. Then finally make the driver setting change:

  1. Close your Badging Application
  2. Navigate to devices and printers
  3. Right click your Magicard printer icon and select printing preferences
  4. In the printer tab select CR-79
