If this error is seen, check that the correct power supply lead is being used with the printer. A non-Magicard power supply (for example, that used for a Laptop computer) can cause the printer to function incorrectly.
The correct supply lead will have a yellow label attached (near the printer plug end) and will show the rating of ’90W’ (see the image below). The black rectangular box attached to the cable should also have a label attached and will show the brand name ‘Sunpower’.
If the power supply used is the correct type and the problem persists, then the most likely cause is an electrical fault in the power supply or printer. In this case, the best option would be to create a support case and contact Magicard Technical Support for further assistance.
