Your 'Green' printer was supplied to the Trust, one for every Trust.
They have a 5 year warranty.
They can only work with the correct dye film. Part number ending -DH) see the link above.

- Used with Dye Film part number ending with -DH
Department of Health Enduro+ (Green)
- Green Lid and front bezel with green label
- Department of health Logo and text between front buttons
- Part Number (on base label) begins 3633- and ends with -DH
- Used with Dye Film part number ending with -DH
There was also previously an option for Trusts to purchase more printers.
These additionally purchased printers are Blue, not Green.
They are called Health Service Enduro+ (Blue) and they had a 3 year warranty.
('had' because all of these printer's warranties have since expired)
