To set a Static IP address on your Rio Pro 360, use the Tools Tab within Printer Properties:

Over USB connection

Control Panel > Devices and Printers
Right Click the Rio Pro 360’s icon
Choose Printer Properties
In the Tools tab enter in your desired IP settings

*NOTE The Rio Pro 360 is able to communicate over USB & Ethernet simultaneously
