Print Job stuck in the queue when connected to USB
Return to printer solutions | Connection issues
- Shut down your badging software.
- Got to Control Panel > View Devices and Printers > right click on your printer icon and remove device.
- When the icon disappears remove the power cable from the printer.
- Reboot the pc.
- Once the pc is back up plug the power cable back in and wait for the printer to reinstall.
- Reopen your software and try and print.
