Mark was extremely helpful, quickly responding to, diagnosing, and resolving the case for our two Magicard 600 printers. I\'m grateful for the support and impressed by the high level of customer service received.

The service was very good. Some confusion a long the way but that has been solved very quickly and professional.

We could have easily been billed for repairs that weren't done, as our printer is no longer under warranty, but you didn\'t charge us at all. The technician superstar told me that it was a simple loose wire, which he reattached, and they shipped it back at no charge. Thank you!

Support were very helpful but sadly we didn't manage to get the 2010 machine working again and I had to buy a new machine.

Continuously followed up with Technical Support for status updates on badge printer. Responses were timely, but could have been elaborated better. Printer did return in excellent condition and overall, issues were resolved.
