Not pulling cards all the way out of the hopper.

Follow the steps below

Step 1

Make sure you clean the printer rollers well. Video link to this procedure below.

 

Step 2

Make sure your cleaning cassette and cleaning roller are properly installed. Video link to this procedure below.

 

Step 3

If the above steps fail to resolve the issue it is possible that the o-ring drive belt has broken.
Take the left side panel off the printer ( two screws on the side and two or three on the back.)
Once removed look for a broken black O-Ring or band.

Step 4

If the O-Ring band is broken you can acquire a new one. Please contact technical support
