Alto/Opera/Tempo Non-E Driver V 1.40

The issue I had with the printer was resolved with speed and professionalism.

Continuously followed up with Technical Support for status updates on badge printer. Responses were timely, but could have been elaborated better. Printer did return in excellent condition and overall, issues were resolved.

Alan M was a fab help! Quick to help and even called me back when we were cut off due to a power cut on my end! Called him back the following week and he remembered me and the problem i was having. Thanks Alan!!

The response was much faster this time and got it fixed within 1 1/2 weeks! They fixed the problem and answered the questions I had! Also, great that there was a warranty to help with the price!

Thank you so much! The ID printer is working great and we really appreciate the honesty of your technicians! We could have easily been billed for repairs that weren't done, as our printer is no longer under warranty, but you didn\'t charge us at all. The technician superstar told me that it was a simple loose wire, which he reattached, and they shipped it back at no charge. Thank you!
