Same day reply and gave all the information I could need to fix the issue I had and it worked first time

Very speedy, helpful and was able to speak immediately with a technician on the phone

Fixed and working well, would have been easier if could have paid by credit card

Support were very helpful but sadly we didn't manage to get the 2010 machine working again and I had to buy a new machine.
