Trust ID (v3) has now been deprecated

Trust ID (v3) | End of life

  1. Recently we’ve had reports of Trust ID (Version 3) requiring re-activation following a Windows Update.
  2. There also is a know activation bug where the software cannot automatically update and so requires the manual activation option instead.

Current users can download the latest release of Trust ID v3 (v3.0.94) following the instructions below.

This release is not part of the auto-update check when Trust ID is opened so please follow the steps below to remove the current version before installing Trust ID v3.0.94.

  1. First you must uninstall your current version of Trust ID (Control Panel -> Programs and Features)
    (Note – the version in the screenshot below is 3.0.94 – if yours is older then remove it)
  2. Your existing project/s will not be affected.
  3. Download and install the latest version of Trust ID (Version 3.0.94) from the link below.
  4. Activate Trust ID with your Trust ID Licence Key.

Your licence key will be in the following format:  1234-5678-9876-5432

4 stars were given because the printer was literally bought a month and a half ago and instead of just swapping it out with a new one, we had to go through the manufacturers warranty process. I will say, from the time I shipped it out to the time I got it back was great. Hardly any time passed.
