Trust ID (v3) | Running Two Monitors with TrustID and Program Closes

It was strange what my problem was but support was quick to isolate it with a few pics sent to them. Very happy with the support.

I appreciate the service I received during this support ticket. I appreciate being able to correspond via email and I appreciate being able to make contact with you fairly easily. It is very difficult to be able to make contact with people at many companies, but it was very easy to get in touch with you. Overall a good experience. Seemed quite expensive to repair our printer we sent in for RMA considering we could buy a brand new printer (newer model) for half the price..

This is my 1st interaction w/MagiCard Service, they responded immediately, resolved the issue and stood behind their warranty.

In all fairness, as my question was the opposite of what MagiCard would like to achieve I wasn't really expecting a comprehensive answer. Even though I did not get a solution to my question, the answer was well formulated and even offered some alternatives inducing the effect the alternative would have to the print quality.
