This is the latest firmware for the Rio 2E and Tango 2E and Avalon E printer models.

Firmware V3.33 (20.07.2010).

  • For USB connected printers use the executable (.EXE)
    Download and run the .exe.Note:  If any error is displayed continuously on the LCD even after a power reset
    > press and release the black button on the back to reset communications.
  • For LPT or Ethernet connected printers Download the binary firmware version (.CFE)
    Update the firmware .cfe via ID Card Printer Support Utility
