The firmware you will need for your printer depends on the model’s architecture.

The PCP Flex is based on the Generation 1 Rio Pro

‏‏‎The Rio Pro was updated with new electronic architecture becoming the Rio Pro 360. The PCP Flex 360 naturally become the new PriceCardPro variant of the Rio Pro 360.

‏‏PriceCardPro Flex+ is a product variant based on the Magicard D printer.

Continuously followed up with Technical Support for status updates on badge printer. Responses were timely, but could have been elaborated better. Printer did return in excellent condition and overall, issues were resolved.
