The firmware you will need for your printer depends on the model's architecture.

This can be simplified into
Generation 1 (Flex) and
Generation 2 (Flex 360 & Flex+)

The PCP Flex is based on the Generation 1 Rio Pro	‏‏‎The Rio Pro was updated with new electronic architecture becoming the Rio Pro 360. The PCP Flex 360 naturally become the new PriceCardPro variant of the Rio Pro 360.	‏‏PriceCardPro Flex+ is a product variant based on the Magicard D printer.
