Download and send the .prn file to your printer via the Tools tab within Printer Properties.

 

Update Procedure

Control Panel > View Devices and Printers

Right click on the Ultima printer icon and select Printer Properties

  1. Choose the Tools tab -> Print PRN section.
  2. Browse to the downloaded .prn file (from below) and select it.
  3. Click PRINT to send the update to the printer:

The printer will receive the .PRN file and after a short time will display: ‘UPDATING’  

⚠️ DO NOT POWER THE PRINTER OFF ⚠️

Once the update is complete the printer will power will reboot itself.

You have successfully updated the printer’s firmware.. 

You can confirm the version from:  Menu > More > Software info.
