⚠️ The minumum cleaning frequency we advise for the Pronto100 is every 700 cards.

Cleaning the pronto100

Pronto100 | Cleaning Procedure

  1. Fold up the top card tray.
  2. Open the lid and remove the Dye Film.
  3. Press power button twice in quick succession to begin a cleaning routine. (tap-tap / double-tap)
  4. Insert the narrow end of the cleaning card through the slot when prompted:
    pronto100 buttons
    Power light equal flash – 1 sec &
    Cleaning light equal flash 3hz = Waiting for the cleaning card to be inserted.
  5. Once the cycle is complete, we recommended repeating once more with the other (clean side) of the cleaning card to maximise cleaning effect.

 

 

 

 

 


Using the Cleaning Pen

Simply run the tip of the pen across the print face several times as shown in the diagram below.

Once clean, do not touch the printhead surface!

Re-load your Dye Film

You can now install your dye film and carry on printing
