Support were very helpful but sadly we didn't manage to get the 2010 machine working again and I had to buy a new machine.

I appreciate the service I received during this support ticket. I appreciate being able to correspond via email and I appreciate being able to make contact with you fairly easily. It is very difficult to be able to make contact with people at many companies, but it was very easy to get in touch with you. I appreciate your support and service and am happy to leave a 5 star rating!

Overall a good experience. Seemed quite expensive to repair our printer we sent in for RMA considering we could buy a brand new printer (newer model) for half the price..

We could have easily been billed for repairs that weren't done, as our printer is no longer under warranty, but you didn\'t charge us at all. The technician superstar told me that it was a simple loose wire, which he reattached, and they shipped it back at no charge. Thank you!

It was strange what my problem was but support was quick to isolate it with a few pics sent to them. Very happy with the support.
